Subscription not included with the app version
Map a first-subscription submission to its group, app version, evidence, and truthful reply conditions.
A subscription is configured but was not reviewed with the app version that exposes it.
An item-level state is not evidence that the purchase and app version are together in the review submission. Treat the draft contents as a separate checkpoint.
For a new subscription group, confirm the group and at least one subscription are in the intended submission with the app version.

- 4Verify product lookup in sandbox or StoreKit testing.

Keep the reply conditional.
Never state that the IAP was attached, reviewed, or resolved until the matching App Store Connect evidence supports that statement.
